Imperial PFS believes strongly in giving back to the communities we serve. Each of our 24 branches nationwide, as well as our corporate office in Kansas City, believes that supporting local charities and organizations is the best investment we can make. Examples of our community outreach efforts include:
Amherst, NY - NYT Branch
Each year, our NYT branch supports an event, Save a Christmas, which focuses efforts on providing Christmas gifts for local foster children in their community.
Atlanta, GA - GAA Branch
Associates from the Atlanta branch participate in Great Strides Atlanta, an annual 5k that raises money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Kansas City, MO - MOK Branch
The MOK branch in Kansas City participates in Toys for Tots Build a Bike event in which the team gets together to build children's bikes for the less fortunate. In 2016 they built a total of 10 bikes! Not only is this a great philanthropic event, it also is a fun team building activity.
Kansas City, MO - MOK Branch and Corporate Office
Our Corporate Office and MOK Branch are both located in Kansas City, just next door to one another. These two locations often have participate in Community Outreach projects together. A few examples include:
Associates hosted a Chili Cook-Off and Dessert Wars. A donation of $5 got Associates chili, dessert and 2 tickets for voting. 100% of the proceeds were donated to Hope Lodge, an American Cancer Society housing facility for cancer patients traveling to Kansas City for treatment.
Each year Imperial PFS sponsors a food drive competition through Harvesters, The Community Food Network. The competition between our two Kansas City locations helps to provide meals in our local community.
